The Leadership Institute of Seattle’s mission is to prepare leaders, change agents, and organization development practitioners through small group experiential education to pursue and achieve individual, business, and social justice goals. We develop organizational leaders who are highly skilled in bringing their whole persons to the art and science of managing and developing employees, resolving complex organizational problems, and bringing alignment to work systems. We will do so by focusing on these core areas:
