Leadership Institute of Seattle is licensed under Chapter 28C.10 RCW by the Workforce Training and Education Coordination Board to offer a Leadership Institute of Seattle Applied Behavior Sciences Certificate. 

On May 11, 2022, the Leadership Institute of Seattle submitted an application with the Washington Student Achievement Council in accordance with the Degree-Granting Institutions Act, Chapter 28B.85 RCW and WAC 250-61, for authorization to offer an Applied Behavior Sciences Master’s Degree.
