Dr. Gloria J. Burgess is a thought leader in equity and transformational leadership. An inspirational speaker, author, and educator, she also serves as leadership coach and strategist, inspiring and equipping individuals, organizations, communities, and nations on six continents. Founder and President of Jazz, Inc., her clients include Paraguay’s Office of the President, Kenyan Parliament, South African Embassy, International Coach Federation, Women’s International Network, Starbucks, AT&T, Microsoft, Google, Washington Department of Labor and Industries, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and John Maxwell Team. Gloria serves as faculty in transformational leadership and organizational transformation at University of Washington, University of Southern California, and Slovenia’s IEDC Bled School of Management.
