LIOS Teaches process consulting. Meaning students will develop a unique skill set that allows them to help others solve their own problems. Students will learn how to help solve problems at the individual, group, process, or organization Wide levels.
LIOS students will learn the fundamentals of how to do the following:
- Transition meetings (New manager or many new employees)
- Employee–employee conflict
- Manager–employee conflict
- Group-to-group conflict
- System-wide process improvement
- Major Projects or Initiatives
- Workgroup Improvement/Development
- Goal Alignment
- Practical Brainstorming Sequence
- KRID – Transfer of Scientific Data

Each intervention above can be used individually or as part of a full system culture change.
