I chose the name Brave Heart Consulting(before I saw the Mel Gibson movie!) because it takes courage to change. Change is hardand it is possible. I am a Master Teacher, Certified Gottman Leadership and Therapist. I enjoy being associated with Drs. John and Julie Gottman and for almost ten years have staffed and now lead couples workshops. I do short term therapy helping healthy people who are in the midst of a transition get unstuck. Most clients will only need to see me for 1-3 sessions to get their desired result.
