Faculty and Instructors

Leadership Institute faculty and workshop instructors are known for the high caliber of their professional expertise as well as their training and teaching skills. As practicing professionals, they are experts in shaping and directing the experiential learning process that is the foundation of a LIOS education.

The outstanding educators at LIOS are especially skilled in drawing illustrative examples from spontaneous, here-and-now classroom interactions. Institute students frequently rank our faculty—and their skill in creating an energized learning environment—as the most valuable element of their education at LIOS.

Along with real-world experience as private- and public-sector therapists, counselors, organizational coaches, and consultants, LIOS instructors regularly speak at professional conferences and facilitate workshops, and research and write books and articles that advance scholarship in their respective fields.
